Bulgaria Study Tour is a private project started by Filip Lissicharov and Konstantin Tzvetanov in 2017. Our goal is to educate and benefit the essential oils industry, both local as well as international, aiming to turn these Professional tours into a traditional annual event. Successful business connections are made face to face and we would like to welcome all rose lovers to smell and see Bulgaria in her true colours.

FILIP LISSICHAROV

Filip Lissicharov is CEO and owner of Enio Bonchev Production Ltd., Bulgaria. He is responsible for marketing and sales, dealing with corporate, key customers and developing long-term business strategies. Born in March 1975 and father of two beautiful girls. Went to 7 different high schools in 3 different countries before graduating in 1993 from the English Language High School in Sofia, Bulgaria. Lived and studied in the USA (1989-1991 and 1993-1998), graduating from Knox College, Illinois, USA, in 1997 majoring in Integrated International Studies. Then he returned to Bulgaria, where he has dedicated his life to rose and lavender, re-building and expanding the original business, which was started by his great grandfather Enio Bonchev in 1909. “The success of the 2017 Tour to Bulgaria brought enthusiasm to our industry and inspired me to organise again a new professional tour in 2018. I believe successful business connections are made face to face and would like to welcome all rose lovers to smell and see Bulgaria in her true colours.” Enio Bonchev Production Ltd. is member of IFEAT and Filip is a regular attendee at IFEAT Conferences. He is also an active participant, essential member and Vice- Chairman of the Bulgarian National Association for Essential oils, Perfumery and Cosmetics.

KONSTANTIN TZVETANOV

Born in December 1974 and father of two girls and a boy. Lived and studied in Tunis, Tunisia (1980-1984), Paris, France (1987-1990) and Vienna, Austria (1992-1994) before graduating in 1992 from the 9th French language High School \”Alphonse de Lamartine\” in Sofia, Bulgaria. Continued with his studies in Russia (1994-2000), graduating in 2000 from the Moscow State University of Management, majoring with a Master degree in World Economy. Returned to Vienna in 2000 where he spent the next 5 years in implementing marketing and logistic strategies for FedEx Austria as well as consulting smaller local companies. Konstantin Tzvetanov speaks fluently Bulgarian (native), English, French, German and Russian while uses freely Spanish and Italian. An experienced technologist, skilled communicator and accomplished business leader, he is the charismatic passion behind numerous endeavours and projects in various industries (CEO and owner of “Kolmax Solutions” – Real Estate; Managing Partner in “OfertoVET” – Group Buying Trade; Head of Sales at “ThyssenKrupp Bulgaria” – Steel Trade; Managing Partner in “Tenom Chairs” – Designer furniture manufacturing; CEO in “Eurobereg” – Real Estate; Owner of “Private Tour Bulgaria” – VIP Tours in Bulgaria).
